Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers across multidisciplinary planning and multiple teams.
- Develop and continuously improve end-to-end testing strategies, frameworks, and quality processes.
- Design and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Define and monitor testing metrics and key performance indicators.
- Manage test execution, defect resolution, and alignment with quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Provide solutions, make team decisions, and support knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Selenium is required.
- Strong expertise in automated test script design and execution using Selenium.
- In-depth understanding of the software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience analyzing complex systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience integrating automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge or experience in order management.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
