Responsibilities
- Develop validation designs, including automated test systems, for KiaConnect Service and connected-vehicle platforms.
- Analyze requirements and identify missing business flows and design gaps.
- Convert design specifications and requirements into test cases with expected results.
- Document and execute test plans and test cases, track outcomes, and publish results.
- Modify test automation scripts and test data, execute automated tests, and analyze results to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams, development teams, stakeholders, and technical and non-technical partners to improve quality.
Requirements
- Requires 7–10 years of industry experience in IT or QA roles.
- Requires at least 3 years of API testing and backend testing experience.
- Requires basic skills with JMeter, Postman, Selenium Web, and Selenium Mobile testing.
- Requires experience with a scripting language and database/SQL development.
- Requires understanding of server and client APIs and experience writing API test scripts.
- Requires deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Requires the ability to influence development teams, drive innovation, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in telematics, telecom, or the automotive industry is preferred.
