Responsibilities
- Participate in patent-related protection and prosecution efforts.
- Assist with pre-litigation and litigation needs, including patent claims.
- Work with Legal, Engineering, and Product teams to gather technical information.
- Support responses to litigation discovery requests.
- Help engineers articulate innovations for patent harvesting.
- Assist IP attorneys in preparing technical disclosures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Experience with enterprise software architecture, including microservices and API design.
- Proficiency with source control and DevOps practices, including Git and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with patent litigation or prosecution.
- Ability to communicate complex technical landscapes.
