Responsibilities
- Contribute throughout the project lifecycle, including design, development, implementation, and maintenance of HSBC IT systems.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business systems and associated IT development requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work effectively in matrix project teams.
- Maintain HSBC Internal Control Standards and implement recommendations from auditors and regulators.
- Support compliance requirements and implementation of Group Compliance Policy.
- Participate in AI adoption for mobile and front-end development, including AI agent and skill setup work.
- Perform development quality control.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of IT software development experience with broad mobile technology experience.
- Solid technical depth in mobile architecture.
- Experience with the iOS SDK, third-party libraries, and APIs.
- End-to-end knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
- Experience working in matrix project teams, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with AI agents, skill setup, and AI adoption in front-end development.
