Base Salary
$219k - $301k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive team goals, technical direction, and long-term technical vision for large cross-company efforts.
- Create multi-year roadmaps, synthesize requirements, and align short-term projects with long-term organizational missions.
- Communicate complex systems and technical problems to leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities, influence staffing and prioritization, and improve organizational performance.
- Resolve performance and scalability issues while reducing technical debt.
- Apply AI tools and responsible AI practices to improve workflows, quality, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language, or 8+ years of experience with a PhD.
- Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations.
- Experience using data and analysis to explain technical problems and provide detailed solutions.
- Experience communicating and working across functions to drive solutions.
- Proven ability to plan multi-year roadmaps and lead large cross-functional or industry-wide engineering efforts.
- Preferred experience building large-scale applications, improving quality through code reviews, testing, rollouts, and monitoring, and working with C, C++, Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript, or Hack.
- Preferred experience with AI workflow optimization, responsible and ethical AI practices, prompt or context engineering, and agent orchestration.
