Responsibilities
- Design and develop Python-based AI agents for business-process automation.
- Translate stakeholder needs and operational processes into AI-assisted workflows.
- Build agent logic, prompts, validation steps, and supporting Python services.
- Extract, normalize, map, and validate structured and semi-structured data from heterogeneous Excel files.
- Combine deterministic Python processing with LLM-based interpretation where appropriate.
- Integrate agents with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs.
- Implement data-quality checks, logging, error handling, traceability, and human-review steps.
- Test agents against representative business scenarios and improve reliability.
- Support deployment, documentation, knowledge transfer, and initial production adoption.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical limitations to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial Python development experience.
- Practical experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
- Experience with prompt engineering, structured LLM outputs, and LLM integrations through APIs or enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong experience processing Excel files with Python using tools such as pandas, openpyxl, or Polars.
- Experience designing data extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation pipelines for inconsistent schemas and formats.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise-system integrations.
- Ability to implement validation, exception handling, logging, and traceability.
- Understanding of enterprise security, access control, and sensitive-data handling.
- Ability to communicate with business users and convert operational processes into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with international stakeholders in English.
- Availability for occasional on-site meetings or workshops if required.
- Preferred experience includes multi-agent frameworks, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, document understanding, RPA, FastAPI, Docker, cloud deployment, data-quality frameworks, master-data models, human-in-the-loop review, enterprise security standards, and customer-facing consulting or business analysis.
