Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable cloud environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Build and optimize automated deployment pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain 24/7 system health.
- Integrate security and compliance practices, including SSL, IAM, and data encryption, into the delivery lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and mentor engineering teams on DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform or Pulumi, and configuration management.
- Deep understanding of Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ECS.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation tasks.
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency for collaboration with US-based clients.
- Mandatory experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup cultures.
