Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise platform applications using Java technologies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform deployments for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with project and application teams to deliver platform capabilities.
- Implement software enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes.
- Support regression testing across standalone and highly available environments.
- Apply cybersecurity controls and best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate platform documentation and technical standards.
- Partner with application engineers and customers to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, and JDBC.
- Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments, scripting languages, and enterprise software deployments.
- Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, and large-scale application troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, technical writing, and customer-facing problem-solving skills.
