Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI products and applications.
- Engineer and maintain custom generative AI products and LLM solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, vector databases, and LangChain.
- Develop and maintain LLM APIs and backend functionality supporting custom AI products.
- Contribute to the development of the core AI platform using Azure, OpenShift, and Vertex AI.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD processes for custom AI workloads.
- Follow machine learning processes and best practices and develop standards for AI-based projects.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve the data science function.
- Stay current with developments in AI and support continuous learning and development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI and Data Science.
- At least 2 years of experience working with LLMs, transformer models, vector databases, RAG frameworks, or LangChain.
- Excellent skills in Python, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
- Hands-on experience deploying models and algorithms into production systems is desirable.
- Experience with ML Ops tools and frameworks such as Kubeflow and MLflow is desirable.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is desirable.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, solution orientation, structured working practices, and the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical colleagues.
