Base Salary

$110k - $186k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery and own resource assignment and task delegation for project deliverables.
  • Design, develop, configure, and implement high-performance software solutions for merchant onboarding and acquiring-platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform coding, testing, debugging, system test-plan review, and results review to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
  • Drive execution efficiencies, follow established technology standards, and consult with senior managers on technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Java development.
  • 6+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring frameworks.
  • 4+ years of experience with SQL databases.
  • 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience leading enterprise software development projects and initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP services is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
