Responsibilities

Ship full-stack product capabilities directly into production
Build workflow orchestration systems, internal tooling, and customer-facing interfaces
Design resilient systems coordinating complex operational processes across frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and AI systems
Embed with healthcare customers, observe workflows, and identify systemic bottlenecks
Lead implementations and deployments within large healthcare organizations
Translate customer pain points into scalable product primitives and define new product lines
Influence roadmap prioritization and partner with engineering and go-to-market teams
Diagnose failures, build automation, and ensure systems are observable, reliable, and correct

Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals
Comfort working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data systems
Experience working directly with customers or operational stakeholders
Ability to move between technical depth and business context
Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and translate operational complexity into software systems
Care for reliability, edge cases, correctness, and product quality

High ownership and direct influence over product direction, architecture, and company trajectory
Direct customer feedback and visible impact on healthcare operations
Early-stage environment with a small team, fast pace, and little bureaucracy
