Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack product capabilities directly into production.

- Design resilient systems that coordinate complex operational processes.
- Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, integrations, and AI systems.
- Observe operational workflows firsthand and identify systemic bottlenecks.
- Lead implementations and deployments within large healthcare organizations.
- Translate ambiguous customer pain points into scalable product primitives.
- Define entirely new product lines from customer insight and operational patterns.
- Create abstractions that generalize across fragmented healthcare systems.
- Influence roadmap prioritization through direct field exposure.
- Diagnose failures in messy real-world environments.

Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals.
