Base Salary
$120k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
- Drive design documentation and dependency identification.
- Build, optimize, debug, refactor, and maintain high-quality code.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.
- Partner with product managers to deliver project and release plans.
- Act as a directly responsible individual and participate in on-call rotations.
- Adopt technologies that improve reliability, performance, and observability.
- Provide technical leadership for AI workstreams, operate AI services, coach engineers, and collaborate with teams and customers on agent strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience building generative AI applications or services.
- Preferred experience with Power Platform or M365 Enterprise development.
