Base Salary
$117k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy performant full-stack web applications for a satellite orchestration platform.
- Deliver customer-focused frontend and backend features in a collaborative Scrum team.
- Design and implement solutions involving cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern web technologies.
- Serve as a frontend or backend subject matter expert and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Improve technology, development processes, and team effectiveness.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing web applications.
- Proficiency in React, Spring Boot, or Go.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience building and deploying solutions in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
- Preferred experience with Next.js, TanStack, Redis, Elasticsearch, TimescaleDB, GitHub Actions, Ansible, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, UX/UI design, or Agile software delivery.
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring, Scrum Master responsibilities, or leading project initiatives.
Benefits
- Base pay is listed at $117,000.00-$185,000.00 annually, with a separate $145,000.00-$218,000.00 annual range for specified locations.
- Additional cash or stock incentives may be provided.
- Medical, financial, and other benefits are available depending on the position.
- The role may require travel up to 10%.
