Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the Identity and Access Management team.
- Design, build, and operate highly distributed, large-scale cloud services.
- Architect complex systems and write high-quality production code.
- Operate mission-critical Tier-1 live services with a focus on security, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Influence architectural direction, engineering best practices, and roadmaps across multiple teams.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, C#, or another object-oriented language.
- Proven experience delivering high-scale distributed services in production.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system design.
- Experience operating mission-critical Tier-1 live services.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and architectural-influence skills.
- Preferred: IAM domain expertise, public-cloud experience, multi-region or multi-availability-zone architectures, Docker, secure development, threat modeling, compliance frameworks, and enterprise customer collaboration.
