Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, maintain, and modify software solutions for client deployments.
- Write Core Java code and ensure software modules are operationally feasible, error-free, and optimized.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate defects and system issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, interfaces, deployment, monitoring, and implementation activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, support customer communication, and help ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software development experience.
- Mandatory Core Java experience.
- Experience with software development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and client requirement analysis.
- Ability to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to learn new programming languages and best practices.
- Strong customer communication, business etiquette, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
