Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and own Python-based AI applications using natural-language interfaces, large language models, data analytics, and automation.
- Develop self-service tools that enable business users to onboard and manage datasets and perform analytics.
- Architect and manage RESTful services for large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Optimize data ingestion and processing pipelines for efficiency and performance.
- Design agentic workflows, talk-to-data interfaces, and generative-AI-driven commentary solutions.
- Collaborate with Risk Management stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Own technical direction, architectural decisions, production reliability, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior engineers within the agile squad.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Python application development experience, including service APIs built with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade AI or LLM-based applications.
- Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including SQL, data modeling, and data lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with concurrency and performance optimization, including multiprocessing, multithreading, and asynchronous I/O.
- Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Experience owning production systems, including reliability and incident management.
- Experience setting technical direction, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
- Desired qualifications include agentic workflow, natural-language, talk-to-data, OpenTelemetry, observability, cloud-native architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, data streaming, messaging, caching, CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
