Responsibilities
- Design offensive security tools and workflows, including their architecture, scope, safeguards, and stopping rules.
- Operate workflows daily through scheduling, launching, monitoring, diagnosing agent drift, triaging false positives, and recovering from incidents.
- Prototype security capabilities, measure their practical benefit, and decide what to industrialize or abandon.
- Document design choices, including safeguards that were deliberately not implemented and the reasons why.
- Report vulnerabilities to remediation teams in directly actionable terms.
- Propose new capabilities that would advance the group’s security posture.
Requirements
- Experienced penetration tester with application and infrastructure testing experience.
- Experience tracking vulnerabilities through remediation and distinguishing exploitable findings from scanner noise.
- Ability to specify what should be built, direct a coding agent, review its output, and judge whether the result is sound.
- Practical experience orchestrating agentic workflows, monitoring them, diagnosing drift, and correcting them.
- Strong Red Team mindset, curiosity, persistence, autonomy, and sound technical judgment.
