Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level designs and oversee GitLab deployments to customer environments.
- Engage with customers under a Statement of Work to drive high-quality outcomes.
- Plan and execute migrations from source systems to GitLab using tools like Congregate.
- Provide DevSecOps consulting and guidance on AI-assisted development practices.
- Lead and mentor Professional Services and partner consultants.
- Partner with various stakeholders to scope and create Statements of Work.
- Stay current on GitLab product releases and share insights with the team.
- Support technical vetting of partner consultants and new hires.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical consulting engagements.
- Proven ability to design scalable architectures for DevOps platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices and tooling.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote work environment.
