Responsibilities
- Design and develop copilots, intelligent agents, conversational solutions, and multi-agent architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop prompts, system instructions, tools, interaction flows, RAG strategies, grounding, and context-management mechanisms.
- Integrate AI agents and models with APIs, knowledge bases, enterprise systems, and data sources, including potential MCP integrations.
- Embed AI capabilities into business workflows and design human-in-the-loop reviews, approvals, exception handling, and escalation.
- Define security, privacy, access-control, responsible-AI, evaluation, and testing strategies.
- Monitor solution performance, investigate hallucinations and unexpected behavior, and document architectures, integrations, limitations, and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, data specialists, technical teams, business stakeholders, and non-technical audiences throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Experience developing generative AI and language-model-based solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent agent-building platforms.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context management, tool calling, agent design, and orchestration.
- Experience with RAG, semantic search, grounding, and other retrieval and contextualization strategies.
- Experience integrating APIs, enterprise services, and data sources.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible-AI practices.
- Experience creating evaluation criteria, test sets, and metrics for generated AI responses.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical English proficiency for reading, documentation, and discussions.
- Preferred: experience with MCP servers or clients; Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or AI Search; Power Platform, Power Automate, or Microsoft Dataverse; Semantic Kernel or AutoGen; vector databases, embeddings, reranking, hybrid search, observability, tracing, automated testing, red teaming, prompt-injection prevention, data-leakage prevention, Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD, prompt versioning, LLMOps, or relevant Microsoft certifications.
