Responsibilities
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code primarily using React and Next.js.
- Build and maintain UI components within Culture Amp’s Kaizen design system.
- Own and evolve foundational systems, including shared libraries and cross-product services.
- Collaborate through pairing, solution designs, and code reviews.
- Coach other developers to raise the bar for engineering excellence.
- Partner with engineers across Core Services for seamless integration.
- Maintain and support the services owned by your team.
Requirements
- High proficiency with frontend languages including React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- A track record of building web applications with strong fundamentals in web architecture.
- Experience working with a design system is a bonus.
- Passionate about empowering other engineering teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
