Responsibilities
- Lead the technical setup and follow-up of client pilot projects.
- Install, configure, integrate, test, and evaluate innovative solutions in the client’s technical environment.
- Act as the primary technical contact for the client and advise on appropriate technical solutions.
- Define integration architectures and ensure compatibility with existing client infrastructure and systems.
- Analyze technical incidents, identify root causes, coordinate resolution, and track solution performance.
- Document configurations, technical procedures, and best practices.
- Collect client and field feedback for Product and R&D teams and contribute to feature validation and deployment standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, implementation project manager, or in IT/project management involving networks or infrastructure.
- Fluency in French is required and written and spoken English proficiency is essential.
- Knowledge of another European language is preferred but not required.
- Interest in retail, artificial intelligence, computer vision, or IoT.
- Ability to apply technical expertise to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational, autonomy, interpersonal, and ownership skills.
