Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Kaluza's Energy Retail platform.
- Contribute to technical discovery and architectural design.
- Mentor engineers and support their professional growth.
- Drive good practices and shape team ceremonies.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including deployment and operational monitoring.
- Support critical services and respond to incidents as part of a support rota.
Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals with a track record of quickly learning new tools.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in building scalable, resilient systems in production environments.
- Passion for test automation, continuous delivery, and modern agile practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
