- Design, develop, deploy, and operate key management, manufacturing provisioning, certificate authority, and code-signing infrastructure.
- Define and implement APIs, protocols, and services for secure enumeration, configuration, and management of platform assets.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for cryptographic key generation, handling, lifecycle management, and access governance.
- Collaborate with product engineering, IT, manufacturing teams, software developers, and partners to embed and operate security services.
- Support, troubleshoot, and debug security provisioning activities with manufacturing partners.
- Enable hosting platforms, tooling, SDKs, and integration components for internal and external consumers.
- Own the reliability and continuous improvement of foundational security infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development or security engineering.
- Working knowledge of Linux environments and command-line tools.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and Python.
- Experience with HTTP(S) services, reverse proxies such as Apache or Nginx, VPNs, and SSL/TLS configuration.
- Foundational experience with HSMs, PKCS#11, code-signing services, secure payload decryption, certificate signing, and device identity generation.
- Understanding of secure key generation and delivery, access control, token-based authorization, multi-party authorization, cryptographic primitives, and secure communication protocols.
- Ability to understand complex systems involving vehicle architectures and manufacturing workflows.
- Preferred experience includes automotive cybersecurity, HSM operations, cloud-native environments, CloudHSM, Utimaco HSMs, logging and monitoring, Linux hardening, AUTOSAR SHE, Trusted Execution Environments, Microsoft SignTool, and Android APK/APEX signing.
- Strong English communication, collaboration, resilience, ownership, and openness in communication.
