Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of deployable IIM product increments.
- Develop and configure front-end and back-end technology to meet product requirements.
- Define technical tasks and estimate the effort required for technical solutions.
- Build, customize, integrate, and test high-quality software solutions.
- Assure software quality and perform end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot technical questions, product incidents, problems, and queries.
- Follow business and technical standards, policies, procedures, and software delivery practices.
- Collaborate with Product Team members, Solution Architects, Platform teams, Service Desk, and vendors to deliver software solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of product services and associated tools.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Experience in full stack engineering, automated deployment, and continuous integration.
- Experience with project portfolio management SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of software delivery and DevOps deployment methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse and inclusive teams.
