Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate actively in all parts of the software development process.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.

- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and helping organizations become AI-led.
- Experience applying software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Ability to guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Programming experience in Python.
