Responsibilities

Learn and adopt best practices such as writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
Drive the AI-first software delivery strategy by integrating AI tools.
Work in collaborative teams to build innovative customer experiences.
Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure best practices.
Advocate and demonstrate DevOps culture with cross-functional teams.
Take ownership and accountability for deliverables and client results.
Apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems.

Three or more years of experience in full stack development.
Experience with development languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Ability to write clean, high-quality code and improve bad code.
Open mindset toward AI and integrating AI-assisted tools.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies.
Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and delivery tools.
