Responsibilities

Requirements

- Several years of professional software development experience with a record of delivering successful software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and modern development practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong skills in software estimation, prototyping, technical decision-making, and solution architecture.
- Experience evaluating AI-powered development tools and applying AI technologies to software engineering processes.
- Knowledge of agent-based AI frameworks and their use in software development environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
