Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting to partner customers.
- Champion product enhancements and collaborate with internal teams.
- Lead critical support engagements to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee complex technical implementation projects for partner customers.
- Ensure partners understand scalable deployment models and best practices.
- Guide the transition from implementation to steady-state support.
- Serve as a liaison to TAM and Partner Success organizations.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to build scalable adoption plans.
- Communicate product updates and technical insights across teams.
- Create and share standardized best practices and technical playbooks.
- Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and coach Implementation Engineers.
- Contribute to enablement strategy and training material.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering or a related technical role.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20% regionally and potentially internationally.
