Base Salary
$135k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, responsive interfaces using React, Next.js, and modern web technologies.
- Own features end to end, including backend logic and data layers when needed.
- Collaborate with design and product to create customer-ready experiences.
- Engage with early users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Contribute through code reviews, shared ownership, and mentorship.
- Ship production-grade code while balancing quality and speed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping full-stack or frontend-heavy applications.
- Strong fluency with React, Next.js or similar frameworks, and frontend fundamentals.
- Experience implementing backend logic and persistence, ideally with Django or a similar framework.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and GraphQL, or willingness to grow into them.
- Ability to take features independently from concept through production.
- Strong attention to customer problems, UX, usability, and product questions.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
