Base Salary
$135k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, responsive interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Own features end-to-end, including backend logic and data layers.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create customer-ready experiences.
- Engage with early users to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and mentorship.
- Ship production-grade code quickly while balancing quality and speed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building and shipping fullstack or frontend-heavy applications.
- Strong fluency with React, Next.js, and frontend fundamentals.
- Experience implementing backend logic and persistence, ideally with Django.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and GraphQL is a plus.
- Proven ability to take features from concept to production independently.
- Customer-obsessed with a focus on solving real problems for users.
- Thoughtful about UX and usability, asking good product questions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
