Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate core infrastructure for a people-data and AI agent platform.
- Develop APIs, LLM-powered workflows, scraping systems, and large-scale knowledge graph architecture.
- Architect and maintain production systems handling millions of API requests across cloud and Linux environments.
- Own projects from ambiguous problem definition through deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate with the CEO and CTO on technical decisions, roadmap priorities, and foundational architecture.
- Create developer documentation, technical tutorials, internal tooling, and experimental platform builds.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience shipping software to production.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP and Linux server environments.
- Strong performance, reliability, and cost-efficient system design instincts.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, knowledge graphs, or identity resolution systems is preferred.
- Ability to take ownership, work with limited direction, and build in a fast-moving 0-to-1 environment.
