Responsibilities
- Embed fully into a Figma engineering team and contribute to projects aligned with team goals.
- Build, document, and maintain tests, product features, developer tools, or infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA to break down features and plan timelines.
- Participate in peer code reviews, share feedback, and ship project work by the end of the internship.
Requirements
- Experience writing clean code in at least one general-purpose language such as C++, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of core computer science concepts including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience solving technical problems through school, work, or personal projects.
- Interest in how systems are designed and operate, from infrastructure to user interfaces.
- Strong communication, collaboration, curiosity, and willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Benefits
- Hourly base pay of $55.
- Housing stipend and travel reimbursement are offered.
