Responsibilities
- Architect and build enterprise-grade APIs and establish patterns for platform-level web and mobile features.
- Design and launch complex integrations with critical data suppliers.
- Shape the strategic direction and oversee productionization of complex data models, attributes, and scores across the platform.
- Define and evolve core platform architecture for multiple product use cases and long-term scalability.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives with end-to-end ownership from concept through production.
- Establish engineering best practices, improve code review and QA processes, and optimize on-call practices.
- Influence the company’s technical roadmap and strategic direction in partnership with engineering and product leadership.
- Mentor engineers and strengthen the organization’s technical culture and capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including experience in high-growth or early-stage startups.
- Deep fluency in modern software technologies and architectural patterns, with the ability to learn and ramp into the company’s technology stack.
- Demonstrated leadership in defining direction and driving solutions through complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
