Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance software applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of software applications.
- Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance.
- Stay current with technologies and trends in application development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python is required.
- Experience with database management systems is required.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask is required.
- Hands-on experience developing scalable and secure applications is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies is required.
