Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide quality technical support to customers using Salesforce and screen sharing.
- Troubleshoot code and conduct investigations at the application level.
- Utilize pre-written scripts and runbooks for complex support tasks.
- Execute critical incident communications during on-call shifts.
- Manage escalations and incident-related tasks in Jira.
- Contribute to internal documentation in Confluence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and technical support for API products.
- Skills in technical troubleshooting and debugging.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with observability tools.
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex information.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
