Base Salary

$72k - $90k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality technical support to customers using Salesforce and screen sharing.
  • Troubleshoot code and conduct investigations at the application level.
  • Utilize pre-written scripts and runbooks for complex support tasks.
  • Execute critical incident communications during on-call shifts.
  • Manage escalations and incident-related tasks in Jira.
  • Contribute to internal documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and technical support for API products.
  • Skills in technical troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with observability tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex information.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management.
