Responsibilities
- Build, configure, test, implement, and optimize production-ready AI assistants using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Design conversation flows, user interaction patterns, prompt instructions, grounding context, tool actions, connectors, guardrails, fallback responses, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
- Translate business needs and use cases into clearly scoped AI assistant solutions in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI Governance, Security, Privacy, Technology, and Enterprise Technical Group teams to meet enterprise standards.
- Document assistant behavior, approved data sources, intended use, maintenance needs, and future enhancements for review and audit.
- Support business users through co-building, best-practice sharing, training, documentation, and safe self-service enablement.
- Develop training resources, quick-start guides, support materials, and adoption tools for global teams.
- Establish adoption metrics and KPIs, track usage and engagement through dashboards, and provide management updates.
- Contribute to scalable AI assistant standards and progression toward more advanced task-based agents.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must have at least one year of experience building AI-enabled tools, assistants, or workflow automations.
- Must have experience translating business needs into clearly scoped technical solutions.
- Must know modern AI development approaches such as API-based AI services and prompt-driven systems.
- Must have experience communicating clearly in writing and verbally across teams.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must have experience using Tableau, Data IQ, or Power BI for metrics tracking or KPI dashboards.
- Must have exposure to Microsoft Copilot Agent Builder.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Marketing or Communications, AI technology experience, enterprise security/compliance and data-sensitivity knowledge, agent frameworks, orchestration, task automation, AI governance, responsible AI, risk management, enablement, low-code AI tools, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, connectors, APIs, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, project management, content creation, and presentations or public speaking.
