Responsibilities
- Propose Infor solutions that fit customer business environments, objectives, and business problems.
- Assess solution feasibility and create roadmaps for realizing proposed solutions.
- Implement complex and advanced ERP configurations and technologies.
- Develop delivery methods and tools to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure solution components built by different teams are consistent.
- Evaluate complex problems, methods, techniques, and solution options in an industry context.
- Maintain knowledge of IT architecture frameworks, business drivers, standards, information models, and architectural models.
- Guide customizations, interfaces, systems integration, and comprehensive test scenarios.
Requirements
- Several years of experience implementing large-scale ERP solutions as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Bachelor's and master's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
- Implementation experience across Logistics and/or Finance business processes.
- Experience conceiving customizations and interfaces, guiding comprehensive test scenarios, working with cloud architecture, and integrating different systems.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, time-management, communication, independence, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and throughout the DACH region.
