Responsibilities
- Identify and assess automation and process-improvement opportunities across business units.
- Gather requirements, lead structured discovery sessions, and prioritize initiatives based on effort, risk, ROI, compliance, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Design, build, implement, and optimize automation solutions with internal development teams and external vendors.
- Maintain a portfolio of automation initiatives and oversee delivery, communication, and alignment across stakeholders.
- Manage vendor selection, onboarding, relationships, and performance tracking for automation and AI solution providers.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and product teams to support integration and operational readiness.
- Define and track KPIs including hours saved, error reduction, cycle-time improvement, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies and recommend approaches aligned with company strategy.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Contribute to full-stack systems, scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions such as workflow automation or scripting.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Power Automate.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable business-efficiency improvements through automation.
- Experience evaluating processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with engineering or development teams.
- Experience managing external vendors or solution providers, including selection, onboarding, and performance management.
- Familiarity with evaluating and implementing AI-supported process-improvement solutions and aligning them with an overall AI strategy.
- Strong program-management, prioritization, stakeholder-influence, communication, and project-delivery skills.
- Experience in regulated or high-scale industries such as gaming, fintech, or entertainment is preferred.
- Prior development experience is a bonus.
