Responsibilities
- Support DevOps efforts for petabyte-scale data collection and machine learning infrastructure powering intelligent driving systems.
- Update, deploy, monitor, and improve system performance, reliability, and automation.
- Support implementation through automotive industry development phases from research to deployment.
- Analyze infrastructure and DevOps requirements from infrastructure developers and machine learning specialists.
- Oversee cloud resource usage and provisioning, including fixed resources and dynamically scaling systems.
Requirements
- Experience with Docker and AWS DevOps, including CloudFormation.
- Experience deploying, debugging, and managing systems in cloud environments.
- Ability to build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment systems for complex distributed applications using tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience diagnosing and debugging applications in complex, distributed, heterogeneous computing environments.
- Mastery of Git and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
- At least four years of industry experience with cloud technologies and DevOps functions for complex systems; the posting also lists five to seven years of professional DevOps and cloud experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience; a master's degree is desired.
- Familiarity with AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CodeCommit is desired.
- Distributed computing development experience, scalable distributed database experience, machine or deep learning systems experience, and Java backend experience with Spring or Play are desired.
