Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship full-stack features across web and edge-deployed applications
- Build responsive and intuitive interfaces for factory operators, supervisors, and managers
- Design backend APIs and services for cloud and edge deployment targets
- Implement offline-capable and low-latency functionality for environments with intermittent connectivity
- Design systems that tolerate degraded network conditions and factory-floor constraints
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to shared libraries, component systems, and developer tooling
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences
- Own major product surfaces and influence frontend architecture and developer experience
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience building and shipping production software
- Strong proficiency with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte and TypeScript
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or a similar server-side language
- Understanding of RESTful and/or GraphQL API design
- Comfort with relational databases, caching layers, and message queues
- Experience deploying applications to AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience with progressive web apps or offline-first applications is a plus
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or edge computing frameworks is a plus
- Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments is a plus
