Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend services in Python and secure APIs.
- Ship frontend features in React and TypeScript for the console and tools.
- Improve accuracy, latency, and reliability across the extraction pipeline.
- Write tests, own deployments, and monitor production health.
- Collaborate with design, ML, and customer-facing teams.
- Design, build, and operate features for extraction, review, and analytics across the stack.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building production software; new graduates are considered.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, plus SQL.
- Clear communication and a bias to ship.
- Prior startup or founding experience is a plus.
- Experience with FastAPI, Postgres, Redis, React, or AWS is a plus.
