Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship new full-stack products and features for paving contractors.
- Develop AI-powered features including intelligent estimating, predictive crew optimization, and automated insights.
- Own system reliability, performance, security, observability, automation, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to turn ideas into practical customer-focused solutions.
- Improve testing, deployment, documentation, code review, and technical standards.
- Help shape the engineering team’s culture, processes, and growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience in a high-velocity environment.
- Deep experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, and PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Collaborative, proactive problem-solving approach and strong technical judgment.
