Responsibilities
- Manage, administer, support, and enhance AWS cloud environments and Army integrated systems within the cloud.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex cloud operations and infrastructure problems with limited direction.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve CI/CD pipeline failures and performance issues.
- Provision and troubleshoot cloud networking, storage, memory, compute instances, servers, virtual machines, and networks.
- Develop enterprise cloud-native solutions and continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
- Monitor environments and push releases across environments.
- Mentor and supervise team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS, networking, storage, memory, compute instances, or DevOps automation tools.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions.
- Knowledge of provisioning and troubleshooting cloud networking, computing, memory, storage, servers, virtual machines, and networks.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems management, or system administration plus 2 or more years of DevOps experience, or 5 or more years of DevOps experience in lieu of a degree.
- Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- One of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, GSEC, CCNA-Security, SSCP, CISSP, or DoD IAT Level II or III.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Helm, GCP, Azure, GitHub or GitLab CI/CD procedures, public cloud troubleshooting, DevSecOps processes, Linux+, cloud networking, or cloud engineering certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect.
