Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to align application designs with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and provide influencing and advisory guidance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- The posting also states a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency and deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
