Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality full-stack features using Node.js, AWS Lambdas, Angular, APIs, and underlying data platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable, tested, and documented code using SOLID principles.
- Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactor legacy code, and maintain quality standards.
- Mentor less experienced engineers and contractor partners on architecture and development practices.
- Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies, process improvements, and team self-organization.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to foster experimentation, learning, and team growth.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle from local development and CI/CD through production monitoring.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB, AWS serverless architectures, and modern Angular.
- Expertise with Node.js, AWS Lambdas, Angular, TypeScript, and full-stack application development.
- Proficiency using AI code assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
- Ability to build scalable application and data-integrated systems.
- Strong mentoring, communication, collaboration, and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake is a plus.
