Responsibilities
- Participate in independent programming projects using Python, C, or C++.
- Receive structured training and quickly transition into real projects.
- Learn about HRT's research and trading infrastructure.
- Engage in technical project work and mentorship.

Requirements
- Must be a full-time undergraduate student in computer science or a related field.
- Programming experience in Python, C, or C++ is required.
- Passion for technology and writing elegant, readable, and efficient code.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of trading and financial markets is not required.
