Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for PAM and platform-level KSM integrations.
- Perform integration testing across cloud providers and CI/CD systems.
- Validate PAM functionality across various operating environments.
- Identify, document, and validate defects, collaborating with teams to drive resolution.
- Execute security-focused validation workflows to ensure access controls and policy enforcement.
- Perform reliability, stress, and fault-tolerance testing for PAM services.
- Analyze logs and system behavior to diagnose failures.
- Contribute to automated test coverage in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Recommend improvements to enhance product usability and security.
- Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures and results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with at least 2 years focused on security or PAM products.
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts and enterprise security practices.
- Experience testing integrations with cloud platforms and CI/CD systems.
- Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Okta or Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to read and reason about code in languages like Java or Python.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
