Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for OESIS validation.
- Drive an automation-first testing strategy for OESIS components and integrations.
- Ensure high test coverage through functional, regression, API, and system-level testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to improve test coverage and defect detection.
- Collaborate early with developers to improve testability and define quality criteria.
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues and continuously improve QA processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years.
- Strong experience building or maintaining automation frameworks, preferably Robot Framework.
- Solid programming skills in Python or Java/Groovy with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional and regression testing.
- Hands-on experience with API testing.
- Experience with CI pipelines and version control (Git) for at least 1 year.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
