Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for OESIS validation.
- Drive automation-first testing across functional, regression, API, integration, system-level, and compatibility scenarios.
- Apply AI/ML techniques for intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, smart test selection, and failure analysis.
- Analyze test results, identify and reproduce defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
- Validate OESIS across different operating systems, environments, and third-party integrations.
- Perform RESTful API testing using Postman or custom scripts.
- Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers on testability, quality criteria, test strategy, design reviews, and requirements analysis.
- Investigate customer-reported OESIS issues and continuously improve automation frameworks, test coverage, and QA processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- At least 2 years of experience building or maintaining automation frameworks, preferably Robot Framework or similar tools.
- At least 2 years of programming experience in Python, Java, or Groovy.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
- Hands-on API testing experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with CI pipelines and Git version control.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts in software testing and experience or interest in applying AI tools to improve testing efficiency or coverage are highly preferred.
- Experience testing SDKs, libraries, or system-level software; cross-platform testing knowledge; performance or reliability testing experience; and familiarity with debugging tools and logs are nice to have.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is nice to have.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
