Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, validate, and optimize machine learning models for AI and automotive applications.
- Build and automate AutoML pipelines for feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, training, and deployment.
- Deploy and scale machine learning models and applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into CI/CD workflows for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to assess model effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Develop and orchestrate ML workflows with Kubeflow Pipelines in Kubernetes environments.
- Implement Jenkins pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML solutions with product requirements, specifications, constraints, and automotive development practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing and evaluating machine learning models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience with AutoML tools and workflows, including automated feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices for model deployment, testing, and monitoring.
- Experience with Kubeflow Pipelines and Kubernetes for ML workflow orchestration.
- Experience using Jenkins for automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes and industry standards.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, conduct experiments, and make data-driven model recommendations.
