Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and website components.
- Build customer-facing web applications, reusable UI components, API integrations, and performance-optimized web experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable React.js components and manage application state with Redux.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Optimize page load times, application performance, accessibility, scalability, and user journeys.
- Document technical designs, development standards, and solution specifications.
- Research and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues across multiple environments.
- Provide technical guidance, contribute to decisions affecting multiple teams, and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical and professional growth.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience developing web applications.
- Advanced experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications with React.js.
- Strong experience implementing state management with Redux and React Redux in enterprise applications.
- Proven experience integrating, consuming, and managing RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and data exchange.
- Strong proficiency building maintainable, type-safe applications with TypeScript.
- Experience with responsive customer-facing digital experiences, reusable UI components, API integrations, and performance optimization.
- Experience providing technical leadership, collaborating across teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
