Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C/C++ software for radar control, transmission organization, and digital information processing.
- Integrate software across multiple radar systems and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Work on software for detecting, classifying, tracking, and displaying aircraft, drones, and other objects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the software architecture, development toolchain, and team processes.
- Collaborate with specialists in system engineering, functional sensor design, and real-time systems within multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, technical computer science, or a related field, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in C++ software development and substantial experience with C and C++.
- Experience developing real-time software.
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
- Experience working in a large software development organization.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, and Maven.
- Eligibility for VGB-B clearance and Dutch Eyes Only classification.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, initiative, flexibility, and results-oriented skills.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Java experience is a plus; reskilling is possible only for candidates with prior real-time software experience.
